That morning, it seems like we came pretty early that there’s
not too much people and the vendor are still managing their stands. It was a
large hall with rows of table, we decided to visit one by one from the far
corner to the end. The merchandise they sell there was all very cute and cool,
I have to refrain
myself to not spend all my money before I get to look at all the stuff, in case
there was something I really like and prefer more than the others. My other
friend who can’t go with us gave us some money to buy her some goods. Actually,
way before the event, I already pre-ordered a poster and an illustration book
of a series I really like, when I received them I was very happy, the art was
really nice, I later gave the poster featuring my friend’s favourite character
for her, she was as happy as I am. It quickly started to get crowded, I saw
lots of cosplayers walking around, they were all pretty good, it almost felt
like the characters actually came to live. We retreated to the bench and sat,
my friend said she was glad I informed her about the event. Then when we are
resting, I took a quick look around once more, and found a postcard with the
picture of one of my favourite character, it cost… exactly as many as the money
I have left, but then again, I saw another postcard! I was debating with myself
whether to buy that one or the other one. I finally decided to go for the first
one, I didn’t regret my choice.
When
we decided we were done, we went home, at home, I opened the illustration book
and was impressed by the amazing art. I felt contented about the day, which I
still remember until this day.
